We have been staying here a little while now while we find an apartment. Chris, the owner is very helpful and always is so nice to us. They always will come fix something right away. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something affordable.

Nice quiet place, great value. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and cozy. Made a pitstop here while visiting upstate. Near major interstate and not too far from the outlets. Several good food spots around. Definitely a good stay and good price.

I stayed there for a year and never had a problem. The owner was very nice and helpful being that I was new to the area. The room was great for the price. The house keeper was there everyday to see if I needed anything and clean the room. I would and have recommended this place to several people. It deffently is affordable.
Had to book a room on last minute notice. Service was great, room was clean, and they accommodated my change in dates needed. Housekeeper cleaned room for me each day and was very pleasant. Will definitely return if I need a room. For the size of the place and its style it far exceeded other similar establishments.
A very very nice, relaxing, and cozy place to spend a night, day, or week. Beds are clean, with clean linen. The rooms are always up to par, and beyond. This is my go to stay destination, because of how quiet, peaceful, and tranquil it is here. Management is super nice, and kind. If your looking to get away, and find peace from anything, this is the place to go to. It's also within extreme proximity of everything. On the plus, dunkin donuts is less than a 30 second walk away. I can't say enough amazing things about here.
I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this establishment. Staff was very friendly and attentive despite my late check in, offered a variety of options for food nearby and answered all request I made during my stay. The area seems safe, the rooms were clean and there's a lot of good food to try nearby. Overall I was very happy with my stay here.
